Sam Doing Well

Just a quick update on Sam Turner. He had his port placed last Friday without complications and completed his first round of chemo Tuesday and Wed. He has done great! No side effects from the chemo to this point. Beth said he didn't even cry when they accessed his port. Tough guy! He goes back to the doctor in 2 weeks for blood work and will have his next round of chemo in 4 weeks. They plan on completeing six rounds and will laser the tumors most likely after 5 rounds if they have become small enough to do so successfully.
